OneKind will be putting on an exhibition of Scottish wildlife art in Edinburgh this month to raise awareness of the plight of Scotland’s animals.
Art for Animals is a Christmas exhibition and sale of Scottish wildlife art taking place on Wednesday 29th November at the Dundas Street Gallery in Edinburgh.
This exclusive pop-up event will showcase the work of four artists – Jan Ferguson, Susan Smith, Leo du Feu and Michelle Hewitt – each of whom will have prints, originals and gifts available for sale.
10% of all sales will be donated to OneKind to help fund campaigns and education for the charity’s work to end cruelty to Scotland’s animals.
OneKind Director Harry Huyton said:
“OneKind is delighted to be working with these four fantastic artists whose work is inspired by the animals we seek to protect.
“Not only is this a great opportunity to enjoy some Scottish wildlife art, but this one-day event will also give members of the public a chance to meet OneKind staff and volunteers and find out more about our ongoing campaigning which includes mandatory CCTV in abattoirs, greater protection of mountain hares and a real ban on fox hunting.”
